Marion High School will be offering athletic physicals free to any Marion Community Schools student this spring.

Physicals will start on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 5:30 p.m. May 18, at the high school. Entrance will be at the main front door of the high school (Door 1).

Any current 4th- through 11th-grader who plans to participate in school sports in the 2026-27 school year must have physical forms on file with the school before the sports season begins.

The forms are available here: https://marion-in.finalforms.com/. Parent signature is required. We encourage those interested to have all but the physical form completed before arriving on May 18 — which will allow you to skip a portion of the line! However, if you cannot print and complete the forms ahead of time, we will have copies available onsite.

Please note: If this free physical opportunity does not fit into your schedule, we will have another opportunity in the summer before the start of the fall season.
